Out of Contract Charges
There may be occasions where you require assistance with an issue or requirement that is not covered under a support contract. For example, fitting and configuring new extensions, setting up a router or dealing with LAN issues, installing a DECT phone or helping a user with specialised training.
In these ad hoc scenarios we charge a Labour Rate, together with a Travel Fee, if a visit is required.
Mon - Fri - £35 per half hour on site - mnimum 1 hour per visit
Saturday - £50 per half hour on site - mnimum 2 hours per visit
Up to 10 miles - £30
Over 60 miles - POA
*The above charges are based on the distance from our office, to the customer site, using RAC router planner from WD6 1SD
- Qualifying Line Faults (where a fault is found to be within the BT network)
- Qualifying Phone System Faults (when covered by a valid support contract)
- Qualifying Broadband Faults (i.e. not router, local cabling or filters)
- Qualifying Cabling Faults (only where Jaguar Telecom have performed the cabling installation)
